We created Nordic Vineyards to make the Scandinavian wines available to wine lovers around the world though a sales channel many consumers prefer: e-commerce. Most of or wine cannot be accessed in any other way then via our website. 

I am a business customer? 

Nordic Vineyards is mainly designed to serve consumers, but as a business customer you are welcome to order, using the payment methods available. If you are looking to buy larger volumes, please contact our customer service at: support@nordicvineyards.com

All our products are handcrafted and produced in Scandinavia by local winemakers and all our ingredients are grown locally.

How do I place my order? 

You can place your order via our website. All you need to do is to add the products to the cart and proceed to checkout. To finalize the transaction, we need you to provide us the necessary information. How can I pay for my order? 

We currently accept major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

How is my payment proceeded? 

We work with a well-established payment provider such as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All communication is done via a fully secure connection. 

When will my credit card be charged? 

To ensure a smooth processing of your order, your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

Which countries does Nordic Vineyards ship to? 

We currently ship to most consumers in the European Union and we are continuously adding more countries 

How much does Nordic Vineyards charge for shipping? 

As part of our strive in making great wine accessible to all consumers world wide, we charge a small fee for shipping and transportation. For more information please see our shipping policy.

For our customers in Switzerland, Norway and the rest of the world additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office. 

What can I do if a product arrived damaged? 

Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Please get in touch with our customer team.
