Swedish White Wine

When producing white wines, you usually remove the skins from the must during the pressing of the grapes, and since the must is transparent, you can produce white wine from both green and blue grapes. But sometimes when you make white wines, the wine may still have less contact with the skins to give the wine extra structure and taste. Compared to red wines, white wines should be fermented at a cooler temperature, it is usually said that white wine should be fermented around 12-14 degrees.

Our white wines mainly come from the Solaris grape, Muscaris grape, Phönix grape, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
