Arilds Vingård's white wine - Solaris Barrique - is made from Solaris grapes. An alternative version from our flagship Solaris wine. Produced from our olde vines. Fruit to oak ratio is perfectly balanced to show the beautiful Swedish terroir in conjunction to a light touch of French and Acacia barriques. The balance does not overshadow the taste from the fruit. Vinification: Destemming, followed by barrique fermentation from the free-run and lightly pressed juices. A total time of 9 months in barriques with monthly lees stirring to add an extra layer of complexity.  Grown on clay soil in Southern Sweden, on the Kullaberg peninsula.

Lottenlund white wine - Lotima Selense - is made from Solaris. Nuanced, very fresh taste with barrel character, hints of green apples, butter, gooseberries, galia melon, citrus and vanilla. Served at 10-12 ° C with tasty fish dishes or light meat dishes. The grapes were hand-harvested in early October 2020. After stalking, crushing and pressing sedimented the juice 1 day before fermentation started. After fermentation The Solaris grape was stored in used French oak barrels for 18 months, of which sur lie 6 months.

Skepparps white wine - Skepparps Grand Prix Solaris - is made from Solaris. At Skepparps Vingård, we annually produce a white wine made from 100% Solaris from our own vineyard. This release is fermented and stored in steel tanks until bottling and grown on sand soil. A fresh, aromatic, creamy young wine, with taste of lime, minerals, elder flowers

The white wines in this selected Swedish box are all handcrafted and made from the grapes Solaris and come from the areas in Skåne, Sweden.
