Arilds Solaris wine
Skepparps Grand Prix +15° (50cl)
Arilds Vingård's white wine - Solaris - is made from Solaris grapes. The wine has been on yeast precipitate for 34 months and has a pleasant taste of fruity, very fresh taste with hints of elderberry, galia melon and citrus. Grown on clay soil in Southern Sweden, on the Kullaberg peninsula.
Skepparps Vingård's red wine - Skepparps Grand Prix +15° - is a light and cool red wine, made from Rondo and Cabernet Cortis grapes. The wine is produced based on the conditions Sweden has for blue grapes, which generally need a little longer to ripen.
Kullabergs orange wine - Gylleröd - is made from the Souvignier Gris grape harvested in mid-October. Fermentation with skin cash for 20 days and then maturation in French oak for four months. Long shell contact gives structure, color and full mouthfeel. Grown on Clay and Sand soil in Southerns Sweden on the peninsula Kullaberg.
The wines in this selected are all handcrafted and come from the areas in Skåne, southern Sweden.
