Fruity, fresh and aromatic with hints of green apples, fresh herbs, mineral, gooseberries and pink grape. Stalked and pressed, then fermented and stored in a steel tanks. Unfiltered. Underwent malolactic fermentation. Grown on flint and clay soil.
