White Wine - Full-bodied and tasty

Our finest grapes were harvested at their peak ripeness in October. After small batch fermentations, half on steel and half on new oak barrels, we blended to achieve complexity. Then we let the young wine lay for eight months on its fine lees to reach full harmony, batonaging weekly. Grown on Clay and Sand soil in Southerns Sweden on the peninsula Kullaberg.

Colour: Yellow
Fragrance: The nose is vivid and the palate is generous, ranging from black currant leaves, elderberries and flowers to bread and nuts.
Grapes: Solaris, Souvignier Gris, Mix of different grapes we grow in smaller quantities
Sugar content: <5 g/l
Served at: 12-14 ° C 
Pairs with: It pairs well with fish, seafood or light meats.
