Grand Prix Mousserande Rose

Rosé Sparkling Wine -  Fresh and fruity 

Nuanced, berry, very fresh taste with hints of strawberries, biscuits, red currants, honey, raspberries and rhubarb. Grown on sand soil. The wine has fermented in a steel tank. After fermentation, the wine was allowed to rest for seven to ten months together with its yeast precipitate before being poured into a bottle for a second carbonated fermentation in a bottle.
