Red wines are usually divided into four different taste profiles. Soft and berry, fruity and tasty, spicy and juicy, full-bodied and nuanced.

Soft and fresh
The wines are often light, fresh and soft in taste and are suitable for dishes on chicken, pork or creamier fatty dishes. Typical red wines that are soft and berry wines are made from the Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo and Gamey grapes in the regions of Burgundy, Beaujolais, Piedmont and Bardolino. Our fresh red wines are made from Rondo and Cabarnet Cortis.
Serve the wine at 14–18 ° C.

Fruity and full
The wines are often clearly fruity with fruit acidity and fullness. The wines can be soft or rough, light or full-bodied. Typical red wines that are fruity and full are wines from the grape's cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz, malbec and zinfandel, often from the New World (South Africa, Australia, Argentina, Chile and the USA). Our fruity red wines come from the grapes Rondo , Leon Millot and Regent.
