EBBA Brut
Arilds Bubbel
Grand Prix Rose

Arilds Vingård's sparkling wine - Bubbel - Beautiful growing season which produced perfectly balanced grapes. Grown and fermented in the new classic sparkling wine method. Delicate effervescence with bright acidity and fresh nose. Herbs with fresh stone fruits on the nose. Crisp acidity complemented by white peaches, honey dew and elderberry flower tones. Vinification: Destemming, followed by separate stainlesssteel fermentations from the free-run and lightly pressed juices. Assemblage and second fermentation completed after.

Skepparps Vingård's sparkling wine - Grand Prix Rose - Nuanced, berry, very fresh taste with hints of strawberries, biscuits, red currants, honey, raspberries and rhubarb. Grown on sand soil. The wine has fermented in a steel tank. After fermentation, the wine was allowed to rest for seven to ten months together with its yeast precipitate before being poured into a bottle for a second carbonated fermentation in a bottle.

Flädie Vingårds sparkling wine - Ebba Brut - is made from the Solaris grape and a small portion of Phoenix . The wine is aromatic, with aromas and flavors of green apples, gooseberries, elderberries, herbs, lemon, citrus zest, lime, sourdough and bread with high and crispy acidity.

The sparkling wines in this box are all handcrafted and made from the grapes Solaris, Muscaris or Souvignier Gris and come from the areas Kullaberg and Österlen in Skåne, Sweden.

The grapes are normally picked at the beginning of the harvest period, which gives the wine a high acidity, which is desirable for a sparkling wine. The pressing of the grapes is done directly to minimize peel contact, then the wine is fermented and stored in steel tanks. Bottling generally takes place in the beginning of the year for further fermentation in the bottles.
